when will my order ship? 
all of our orders process + ship within 1-3 business days.you will then receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.
once your order ships you should receive it in 2-5 business days, depending on your location.  

how much are the shipping costs? 
shipping is free for orders over $75.

flat rate shipping available for orders under $75.

do you ship internationally? 
no. at this time we only ship within the United States.

help! my package says it has been delivered but I can't find it.
unfortunately, we have no control over your purchase once it leaves our premises.
please contact your local USPS office with your tracking number handy so they can get in contact with the driver who was responsible for your delivery and/or open a missing package claim.
tre'sorelle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the tracking number confirms delivery.
