(items marked as final sale on our website are not eligible for return/exchange). items must be returned with tags attached + in their original packaging. returned items that do not follow this criteria will be sent back to the customer, and a refund will not be issued. we reserve the right to refuse a refund if products appear to be damaged by the customer.
